This waist trainer offers excellent support and really helps with posture during workouts. The material feels strong and durable. However, it runs a little small, so it was very tight when I first tried it on. After a few wears, it became more comfortable. Overall, a solid product!
It cinches really well extremely comfortable and smoothly hides under clothes. Thick, breathable, fit to size meaning if it gets too loose, just wash it!
